The Wim Hof method is characterized by its simplicity, applicability and strong scientific underpinning. It is a practical way to become happier and healthier.

Because we wear clothes and artificially control the temperatures at home and at work, we’ve greatly reduced the natural stimulation of our bodies, atrophying the age-old mechanisms related to our survival and basic function in the natural environment. As a result, our bodies are no longer in touch with this inner power.

Reawaken your power by stimulating these physiological processes with Ancestral Health practices and the Wim Hof Method.

ACCOMMODATION: This is a non-residential retreat, however camping and RV parking is available onsite at the beautiful Phoenix Farm for $10/person/night. For the more comfort seeking individual, offsite accommodation is available through the many online vacation rental sites.

FOOD: All participants will be responsible for providing their own meals and a pack lunch. There are food vendors in the area if a pack lunch isn’t desirable. There will be snacks and tea provided during the retreat.

No previous experience necessary. Cold exposures are gradual and accessible to all.
